Fees and Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider with Premera and First Choice Health. I bill in-network insurances directly, and you are responsible for your deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay at time of service.
For all other insurance plans, I am out-of-network. You are responsible for payment at the time of service. I can provide you with a “super-bill” which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The amount your insurance company reimburses you depends on your individual plan.
For all insurance, I recommend calling your insurance prior to our first meeting to ask:
Do I need a referral?
What is my annual deductible and what amount has already been met this year?
(For in-network insurance) What is my co-pay or co-insurance?
(For out-of-network insurance) How much will I be reimbursed per session?

Prior to scheduling an intake appointment, I will meet with you for a 20-minute free phone consultation. During this conversation, we will talk about your reasons for seeking therapy and you will have an opportunity to ask me questions. From there we will either schedule an intake appointment or I can provide referrals to try to assist you in finding someone with the expertise to address your concerns.

$200- Prior to starting treatment, I will meet with you for an intake/assessment appointment. The purpose of this appointment is to better understand your concerns and to make treatment recommendations. In some cases, I may refer you to another provider if I do not feel I have the expertise needed to help you.
