Child/ Teen Therapy

I provide in-office and telehealth therapy to kids and teens ages 6+. I offer CBT-based therapies for kids and teens who have experienced sexual abuse and other traumas. I also work with kids and teens with anxiety or who may just need a little extra support. For younger children, I primarily work with caregivers. For older kids and teens, therapy may include caregiver education or guidance.

Adult Therapy

I specialize in working with adults wanting to reduce symptoms of traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. I offer evidence-based trauma treatments which can be done weekly or more frequently depending on need and availability. I also offer ongoing supportive counseling to adults navigating life stressors. I primarily offer telehealth therapy to adults.

Parent support and coaching for child behavior problems

Parent Support

I offer CBT-based therapy for parents/caregivers to help address child behavior concerns including: defiance, emotional dysregulation, aggression, attention, social skills, and child sexual behavior problems (for children ages 10 and under). I believe you are the expert on your child and partner with you to find solutions that work for your family.

Clinical supervision for LSWAICS

Supervision & Consultation

Are you an LSWAIC needing supervision hours for licensure? I am available for individual or group supervision for those working in an agency setting. I do not provide supervision to LSWAICs in private practice.

I am also available for clinical consultation.

The first step is for us to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your concerns and see if I might be a good fit for you or your child. If we agree to work together, the next step is to complete an intake/assessment appointment so I can get to know you more and make treatment recommendations. From there, we will typically meet weekly for 50-minute therapy sessions.
